The oil cold pressed fro the fruit of the olive tree is olive oil.

How do we use Olive Oil? 
We saponify olive oil with coconut and jojoba to form the base of our shampoo, Castile Soap.

We use organic, the highest grade, organic olive oil in our bases.  As an organic oil, it was grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically modified organisms, or ionizing radiation.
